Angles
We have the capability to roll up to 8x8x1 angles.
Bent Pipe
Varying pipe sizes bent to tight radii for many different applications with a large selection of dies and mandrel capabilities.
Bent Plate and Bar
We have plate bending capacity up to 20′-0” on both shear and press brake.
Cones
Formed conical shapes in many different thicknesses and grades. We can cut, form, and fit.
Rolled Pipe
Hornsby Steel’s modern equipment gives us pipe rolling capabilities for most any application. Our team can roll pipes that are a variety of sizes. We have in-house capabilities to mandrel bend most sizes of pipe and round tubes using 2D, 3D, 4D and 5D bends.
Rolled Plate and Bar
We have plate rolling capabilities of 1″ x 12′ and also thicker as the sheets become narrower. We also have small plate rolls for the tight diameters you may need. We also have shear and press brake capability up to 3/4” x 20,’ 10 angle rolls, 5 plate roll, 4 press brake (1-20’ 750 ton press brake) and 2 shears up to ¾”.
Rolled SS Pipe and Aluminum
Our team can roll pipes that are a variety of sizes. We have in-house capabilities to mandrel bend most sizes of pipe and round tubes using 2D, 3D, 4D and 5D bends.
Rolled Structural
From Tube, Beam, Channel, Angle, Split Tees and more, we can form and roll most sizes of structural shapes.
